• Continuing to conserve the last remaining Grasslands of Palni Hills by Raising Shola nurseries and creating awareness about environment.

• 98% Survival rate achieved even through dry season.

Sacred groves of India are forest fragments of varying sizes, which are communally protected, and which usually have a significant religious connotation for the protecting community. Hunting and logging are usually strictly prohibited within these patches.

The proposed project aims to restore pambar shola and adjoining pine plantation into one which was destroyed in gaja cyclone recently.
